The plot of the vacation villa "Villa Axarquia" is 8500m². The upper part (ca.1000m²) is fenced (the dog can not run away). The terrace between the pool and the vacation house is about 200m². From there you can admire the sea of lights of Malaga or watch the cruise ships entering the harbor.
A large lounge couch, a dining table for 8 people, 4 deck chairs and two small tables are available in the outdoor area of the vacation villa. The pergola of Villa Axarquia provides additional sun protection for shade on the lounge of the vacation villa and a sun sail for the dining area. A barbecue is also available in the vacation home.

Pool OF THE VILLA AXARQUIA

The pool of Villa Axarquia has an interesting shape. A bench is built into the curve, so you can enjoy your glass there (with plastic cup, of course) in the pool with sea view. The size of the pool of the vacation villa is about 10 x 5m. The view from the pool of the vacation villa is breathtaking. In good visibility you can see Africa from the Villa Axarquia. In normal visibility you look at the Mediterranean Sea, Malaga and the gorge with wine, olives and almonds. The pool of the vacation villa is at ground level to the house. The pool technology was renewed in 2019 and 2022. All functions of the pool can now be controlled via the internet. The pool light can be adjusted individually. The pool at Villa Axarquia does not use chlorine. From May 2023, a pool heater will be installed.

In the living room of Villa Axarquia there is a large corner couch (electric extendable) and a coffee table directly by the fireplace. From there you can enjoy the sea view of Malaga and watch TV (German, Spanish and French channels), listen to music (CD, DVD, MP3, I-Pod) or watch movies (Apple TV, soundbar). Under the stairs of the vacation villa is an additional toilet and a closet with games for children and adults. The shelf wall of Villa Axarquia contains hundreds of books (German and Japanese).

The dining room of Villa Axarquia consists of a large wooden table with 6 chairs. The table is extendable for a total of 12 people. The room of the holiday villa is next to the open kitchen and forms a unit with the living room. The dining room is normally only used in winter, as otherwise you dine outside. From the dining room of Villa Axarquia there is access to the terrace. From all windows you have a view (sea view) of the Mediterranean Sea, the garden and sometimes even as far as Africa. New panoramic windows were installed in the holiday villa in 2019 and the heating was renewed in 2021.

There are 2 bedrooms in our Villa Axarquia. One has a large built-in wardrobe with a safe. The access of the large bathroom is directly at the bedroom (en-suite). The bed is 2x1.80m. The mattresses have just been renewed. In addition, there is a fold-out double sofa bed in the room of the holiday villa. For example, 2 children could sleep here. A small desk with an armchair and a table with 2 armchairs are also located here.
The other bedroom of Villa Axarquia has a double bed, a built-in wardrobe and 2 bedside tables, each with a lamp. There is also an armchair and a table here. This bedroom of the holiday villa also has its own bathroom, which is directly off the bedroom.
The sea view from the beds in both bedrooms of Villa Axarquia, the view of Malaga and Africa is breathtaking. The photos can only give a small impression of this.
